The following report presents the main findings in Bulgaria, Latvia, Hungary and Ireland from a field study with young NEETs, a focus group survey with employer representatives and from the in-depth interviews with close friends and relatives of NEETs. The results of the study are being used in creation of Youth Houses called “Hidden Likes”, where a main goal will be to integrate the target group into work environment by revealing and developing their hidden qualities and building self-esteem.
