We present to you the concept of our billboards for the “Hidden Likes” youth house, which you will soon be able to see on the roads of Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
The topic of mental health is still considered taboo and the stigma that surrounds it prevents those in need from seeking help. But the mental health problem does not only affect the sufferer. It also affects his relatives.
That’s why we chose an illustration depicting exactly that – the person in the center is directly affected, suffering, in need of support. The people around him are his relatives, inevitably affected as well.
The concept presents a hug, which, although demonstrating the effect of the mental health problem, aims to send a message that carries support. Let people know that they are not alone and that there is a place that offers help and support in a safe environment.
The more we talk about mental health, the more we normalize it in the eyes of society. Start the conversation.
